Crowns

canstockphoto4830089-e1427506970927.jpg

Dental crowns are ideal for patients with severely cracked, decayed, or otherwise damaged teeth. They can also be used to attach bridges, cover dental implants, or replace a filling that is becoming loose. Dental crowns will not only restore the health and function of your teeth, but the appearance as well.

After being deemed a patient for dental crowns, we will remove the damaged or decayed tooth structure and take an impression. Your impression will be sent to the lab for your custom crown to be created. Once your permanent crown is ready, Dr. Whipple will place it, ensuring that it looks natural and conforms properly to the rest of your teeth. Dental crowns allow you to eat the foods you love without pain or sensitivity, and share your smile confidently.

Both dental bridges and crowns assist patients in achieving restored, healthy smiles without any discomfort.

Contact our office to schedule a consultation to learn more about your restorative options! We proudly serve the Northbrook area and we can’t wait to help you at the dental office of Jacob D. Whipple, DDS.
